Glimmer Therapy | Find Your Glimmer

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Welcome to Glimmer Therapy's webinars and online events!

These Terms & Conditions apply to all free and paid webinars, online workshops and webinar recordings provided by Glimmer Therapy.

Please read them before registering or purchasing a place.

1. Booking and Registration

All webinars must be booked in advance through the Glimmer Therapy website or an authorised registration link.

Each webinar listing will include details of the topic, date, time, duration, cost and whether a recording is included.

When registering, please provide an accurate email address, as this is where your booking confirmation, joining instructions and any applicable recordings will be sent.

Unless otherwise specified, webinars are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Bookings are for individual attendance unless otherwise stated.

2. Payments

Some Glimmer Therapy webinars are free to attend, while others require payment.

For paid webinars, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Payments are processed securely through the payment provider available at checkout.

All prices are displayed in euro, inclusive of applicable taxes, and the total payable will be confirmed before purchase.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

I understand that circumstances and capacity can change, and that attending a webinar live might not always be possible.

If you cannot attend live

Where a recording is included with your booking, you will receive access to the recording after the webinar, even if you are unable to attend the live session.

If you are unable to attend a webinar that does not include a recording, please contact Glimmer Therapy to discuss your booking.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Where applicable, Irish consumer law provides a 14-day cancellation period for services and digital content purchased online.

Certain exceptions apply, including circumstances where a service has been fully provided or digital content has begun to be supplied following the consent and acknowledgements required by law.

If you wish to exercise an applicable statutory right to cancel, please email glimmerottherapy@gmail.com with your name, webinar title and booking details. You do not need to provide a reason.

Any refund due under statutory cancellation rights will be processed within the period required by law, normally within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations outside statutory rights

Outside applicable statutory cancellation rights and other legal entitlements, refunds are not offered for non-attendance or a change of plans.

If you experience exceptional circumstances, you are welcome to contact me to discuss your booking.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Glimmer Therapy

Occasionally, a webinar may need to be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties.

If Glimmer Therapy cancels a paid webinar, you will receive a full refund.

If a paid webinar is rescheduled or materially changed, you will have the option to attend the rearranged event or receive a full refund.

Any changes will be communicated to the email address used when booking.

5. Webinar Recordings

Some webinars include access to a recording, allowing you to watch at a time that is more accessible for you.

Where a recording is included:

  • The recording will be sent to the email address associated with your booking.

  • The recording will be made available for the access period stated in the individual webinar listing.

  • Access is for the registered attendee's personal use.

  • The recording must not be shared, downloaded for redistribution, reproduced, sold or uploaded to another platform without written permission from Glimmer Therapy.

Recordings may be delivered through a secure video link or another online platform.

Where the supply of digital content begins during a statutory cancellation period, any legally required consent and acknowledgement regarding cancellation rights will be obtained separately.

6. Participation and Accessibility

I want my webinars to be accessible, welcoming and respectful of everyone's individual needs.

There is no expectation to turn on your camera, speak, contribute to discussions or share personal experiences.

You are welcome to move around, take breaks, use sensory supports, step away or engage with the information in whatever way works best for you.

Some webinars may include opportunities to ask questions, but participation will always be optional.

If you have any accessibility requirements, please contact glimmerottherapy@gmail.com before the event. I will make reasonable efforts to support these wherever possible.

7. Privacy, Confidentiality and Recording

Your privacy is important to Glimmer Therapy.

Personal information collected during registration may include your name, email address, booking details and any additional information you choose to provide.

This information is used to manage bookings, process payments, communicate event information and provide webinar access.

Your details will not automatically be added to a marketing mailing list because you have booked a webinar.

Some webinars will be recorded. Where this applies, you will be informed before the event.

Recordings are intended to focus on the presentation and educational material. Identifiable contributions from attendees will not intentionally be included in recordings distributed to others without an appropriate lawful basis and clear information being provided.

Please be mindful of confidentiality when participating. We ask attendees to respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing personal information disclosed during a webinar.

Attendees are not permitted to independently record, photograph or distribute webinar content or other participants' contributions without permission.

Further information about how personal data is collected, used and stored can be found in the Glimmer Therapy Privacy Notice.

8. Educational Purpose

Glіmmer Therapy webinars are intended to provide education, information and opportunities for reflection.

The information shared may draw upon occupational therapy knowledge, research, professional experience and lived experience.

Webinars are not a substitute for individual assessment, diagnosis, medical advice or personalised therapeutic intervention.

10. Technical Requirements

Webinars are delivered through an online meeting platform, such as Microsoft Teams.

You will need access to a compatible device and a reliable internet connection.

Joining instructions will be emailed before the webinar.

If you experience technical difficulties, please contact Glimmer Therapy and I will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Where a significant technical issue on Glimmer Therapy's side prevents the webinar from being delivered as advertised, an appropriate remedy will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer law.
