FAQs
Do you provide Occupational Therapy assessment or direct therapy?
At the moment, my work is primarily focused on parent education, nervous system resources, workshops, and neuroaffirming support through The Capacity Window™ framework.
I also offer a limited number of parent consultations.
Are your resources only for PDA’ers?
Many of my resources are created with PDA nervous systems in mind, but families supporting autistic, ADHD, sensory-sensitive, burnout, or highly overwhelmed children often find them helpful too.
What is The Capacity Window™?
The Capacity Window™ is a framework I created to help explain how pressure, autonomy, sensory load, burnout, and nervous system safety impact access to everyday life, participation, communication, and regulation.
Are your resources neuroaffirming?
Yes. My work is grounded in neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and autonomy-supportive practice.
At the same time, I believe truly neuroaffirming practice requires ongoing reflection, listening, and adaptation. None of us will get everything right all the time, and our understanding should continue evolving through lived experience, relationship, research, and the neurodivergent community.
Do you offer consultations for schools or professionals?
Yes. I occasionally provide workshops, trainings, and professional education around PDA, regulation, burnout, sensory processing, and nervous system capacity.
Are your resources suitable for teenagers?
Yes. Many families supporting teenagers and older children find the frameworks particularly helpful for understanding burnout, reduced access, masking, and fluctuating capacity.
Do you offer refunds on digital resources?
Due to the nature of digital downloads and course materials, refunds are not typically available once a resource has been accessed or downloaded.
How can I stay updated on new guides, workshops, and courses?
You can join my newsletter for free nervous system resources, course updates, and neuroaffirming support for PDA families.
What makes your approach different?
My work combines lived experience as an AuDHD PDA’er with clinical Occupational Therapy knowledge, sensory processing, trauma-informed practice, and nervous system education.
I focus on understanding what is happening underneath behaviour — not changing who a child is.
