Every child and young person is unique, which is why I offer a range of services depending on your child or young person’s needs. Whether you’re looking for guidance as a parent, a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment or ongoing therapy sessions, all services are grounded in a child-led, neuroaffirming and nervous system informed approach.

I support children and young people aged 2-19 years, with plans to expand my services to adults in the future.

I am a CORU Registered Occupational Therapist, meaning many Irish health insurance providers will reimburse part of the cost of occupational therapy services, depending on your level of cover.

Following your appointment, you will receive a receipt that can be submitted to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check your individual policy for details of your occupational therapy benefits.

Online parent consultation

€250 I 60 minutes I Online

Ideal if you’re looking for practical support, live too far away to attend in person or your child is currently in burnout and not ready for an assessment.

Before our appointment, you’ll complete a parent questionnaire (and teacher questionnaire where appropriate), allowing me to understand your child’s strengths, challenges and current needs.

During the consultation we discuss whatever feels most important to you, including:

  • Nervous System Regulation

  • Home and school supports

  • Understanding behaviour through a nervous system lens

  • Sensory Processing

  • PDA, Autism, ADHD or other neurodivergent profiles

  • Individualised strategies for your child

Included:

  • a 60-minute online consultation

  • Comprehensive written report

  • Individualised recommendations for home and school

Child-Led Sensory Assessment

€500 I age 2-19

Designed for children and young people who may not yet have the capacity for formal standardised assessment or where a child-led approach will provide the most meaningful information.

Before our appointment, you’ll complete a parent questionnaire (and teacher questionnaire where appropriate), allowing me to understand your child’s strengths, challenges and current needs.

Parents remain in the room throughout the assessment, allowing the child to build safety and engage naturally through play or chatting.

During the assessment I observe:

  • Nervous System Regulation

  • Sensory Processing

  • Play

  • Fine and Gross motor skills

  • Social Communication

  • Functional Participation

Where appropriate, I may recommend onward assessment or referrals based on my observations.

Included:

  • Immediate feedback discussion at the end of the appointment

  • Comprehensive written report with personalised recommendations (within approximately two weeks)

Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessment

€750 I ages 9+

This assessment is designed for young people who are able to complete standardised assessments and where there are questions around handwriting, Dyspaxia (DCD), dysgraphia, motor coordination or recommendations for assistive technology.

Before our appointment, you’ll complete a parent questionnaire (and teacher questionnaire where appropriate), allowing me to understand your child’s strengths, challenges and current needs.

The assessment includes:

  • Parent Interview

  • Standardised Occupational Therapy Assessment (approximately 2 hours)

    • DASH Handwriting Assessment

    • Beery VMI and subtests

    • Movement ABC-2

  • Child-Led Sensory Observation

  • Observation of:

    • fine motor skills

    • Gross motor skills

    • Nervous System REgualtion

    • Sensory Processing

    • Social Communication

Where appropriate, recommendations may also be made for further assessment, including Autistic identification, ADHD or Dyslexia.

Included:

  • Comprehensive Written report (within approximately 2 weeks)

  • Individual feedback session following the assessment

  • Follow-up phone call to answer any questions

Occupational Therapy sessions

€120 per session I 6-week block

Therapy is delivered in six-week blocks at the same time each week.

Each 45-minute session is completely child-led and tailored to your child’s individual interests and nervous system needs.

Parents are warmly encouraged to attend sessions to observe strategies and support carry-over in everyday life.

During your block of therapy, you can choose to:

  • Attend six therapy sessions, or

  • Replace one therapy session with a dedicated parent consultation (online or in person) to discuss progress, strategies and how to support your child at home

Sessions focus on building:

  • Nervous system Regulation

  • Participation in everyday life

  • Autonomy

  • Motor Skills

  • Sensory Processing

  • Emotional Safety

  • Connection and co-regulation
