AuDHD & PDA: What It Actually Looks Like in Adult Life

€35.00

Tuesday 17 November 2026 | 90 minutes | 35 euro | Recording included

Join me for a 90-minute webinar where I'll be exploring autism, ADHD and PDA in adulthood, bringing together my professional knowledge as an occupational therapist and my own lived experience as an AuDHD PDAer.

We'll break down autism and ADHD, explore where they overlap and how they interact, and look at what being AuDHD can actually feel like in everyday life.

What we'll explore

  • Relationships and family life: Communication, connection, misunderstandings, expectations and navigating different needs.

  • Work and everyday life: Executive functioning, masking, routines, sensory experiences and fluctuating capacity.

  • Burnout: Recognising the early signs, understanding our patterns and exploring what helps when we're approaching or experiencing burnout.

  • PDA in adulthood: External, internal and self-imposed demands, nervous system survival responses, autonomy and what actually helps.

I'll also share how understanding my own AuDHD and PDA has helped me recognise and begin to break repeated cycles of burnout, how I support myself when my capacity is changing, and how I've learned to communicate my needs to the people around me.

Who is this webinar for?

This webinar is for autistic adults, ADHDers, AuDHDers and PDAers, whether you've been formally identified through an assessment, self-identified or are simply curious and exploring your own experiences. You don't need a formal diagnosis to attend.
